These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, online consultations, and transformative/educational programs (collectively, “Services”) provided by MedFix www.md-fix.com, Anna Kazmierska, a clinical nutritionist registered with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of our Services.
2. Services Offered
We provide online clinical nutrition consultations and transformative/educational programs focused on metabolic health for longevity and autoimmune conditions. Our services include personalized dietary advice, lifestyle recommendations, and educational content. All services are provided within the scope of practice of a clinical nutritionist and in accordance with the ANTA Code of Professional Conduct
3. Online Consultations
- Booking and Payment: All online consultations must be booked and paid for in advance through our website. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than the required notice may result in a forfeiture of the consultation fee.
- Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information, attending appointments on time, and having a stable internet connection and appropriate technology for online consultations and MedFix Academy Programs.
4. Transformative/Educational Programs
- Access: Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased online program for a specified duration. Access is for individual use only and is non-transferable.
- Content: The content of our programs is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for individual medical advice. We do not guarantee specific results from participation in our programs.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our programs, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. Any exceptions will be at our sole discretion and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and program materials, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission.
6. Privacy Policy
